3.1 The “DesignDashes” Customization Guarantee
Custom goods are unique to you. Because these items are manufactured to your specific requirements, our “Fabrication Covenant” differs from standard retail. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the custom process while ensuring the customer receives a flawless final product.
3.2 The Non-Returnable Status of Custom Goods
- Personalization Clause: In accordance with international and local commerce standards for personalized goods, items that have been custom-printed (shirts with your name/design, mugs with your photos) are ineligible for return or exchange due to “Change of Mind.”
- Sizing Responsibility: For apparel, the customer is responsible for selecting the correct size based on our “Measurement District” guides. We do not offer returns for incorrect size selection on custom-printed garments.
3.3 Eligibility for Redo or Refund (The Error Protocol)
- Manufacturing Errors: If we print the wrong design, use the wrong garment color, or if the product arrives physically damaged (e.g., a broken mug), we provide a 100% Free Replacement (Redo).
- The 48-Hour Claim Window: Due to the nature of custom goods, any printing defects must be reported via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Refund Logic: Refunds are only issued if a “Redo” is not possible due to stock unavailability. In all other cases of manufacturing error, we prioritize the re-fabrication of your asset.
