Accessing designdashes.store constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Custom Production Accord.” This document governs the creation of personalized shirts, mugs, and accessories. By placing an order, the “Creator” (Customer) acknowledges that they hold the legal rights to any images or logos uploaded for printing.
2.2 Intellectual Property & Content Policy
- User-Generated Content: The user represents and warrants that they own the copyright to the design being printed. DesignDashes is a printing service, not a copyright clearinghouse. We reserve the right to refuse orders that infringe on trademarks or violate local cultural sensitivities within the Pakistan territory.
- Production Variance: In custom printing, the “Creator” acknowledges that “Screen-to-Fabric” variance exists. Due to different monitor calibrations, the colors on your screen may vary slightly from the physical ink on the textile or ceramic surface.
- Technical Limitations: High-heat sublimation and DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing involve chemical processes. Minor textural differences are inherent to custom fabrication.
2.3 Logistics for Custom Assets
Since custom goods cannot be resold, orders enter a “Hard Production State” 2 hours after payment. Cancellations after this window are not permitted. We utilize insured couriers to ensure your custom mugs and shirts arrive without structural damage.
